Welcome to Pup Haus. By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Pup Haus provides boutique dog care services exclusively for small dogs weighing under 8 kg.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care, all dogs must:
Weigh under 8 kg.
Be fully vaccinated.
Be up to date with flea, tick and worming prevention.
Be in good general health and free from contagious illness.
Be suitable for a home environment with other small dogs.
Generally Accepted Breeds
The following breeds are generally suitable for Pup Haus, provided the individual dog weighs under 8 kg and meets all other eligibility requirements:

Small mixed breeds and Oodle crosses weighing under 8 kg
Breeds Requiring Weight Confirmation
Some breeds can vary significantly in adult size and may only be accepted where the individual dog weighs under 8 kg. These may include:

Maltipoo
Miniature Schnauzer
Moodle
Poochon
Schipperke
West Highland White Terrier
Other small crossbreeds or mixed breeds
Acceptance of these dogs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Dogs Not Accepted
Pup Haus does not accept dogs weighing 8 kg or more.

Breed lists are provided as a guide only. Pup Haus may assess any dog individually based on its size, temperament, behaviour, health and suitability for the Pup Haus environment.
Pup Haus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if these requirements are not met.
2. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be made prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
Pup Haus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control. In these situations, clients will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
4. Food & Personal Belongings
Owners are required to provide:
Their dog's usual food.
Any required medication.
Any specific care instructions.
Pup Haus is not responsible for lost, damaged or chewed personal items supplied by owners.
5. Medication
Pup Haus will administer medication in accordance with the owner's written instructions.
While every reasonable care will be taken, Pup Haus cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from medication provided by the owner.
6. Behaviour
Owners must disclose any behavioural concerns, including aggression, anxiety, resource guarding, escape tendencies or previous biting incidents.
Pup Haus reserves the right to immediately end a booking if a dog displays behaviour that places itself, another dog or any person at risk.
Any costs arising from an early collection remain the owner's responsibility.
7. Emergency Veterinary Care
If your dog becomes ill or injured while in our care, Pup Haus will make every reasonable attempt to contact you first, followed by your nominated emergency contact.
If neither party can be reached and urgent veterinary treatment is required, you authorise Pup Haus to seek emergency veterinary care and transport your dog to the nearest suitable veterinary clinic or emergency hospital.
The owner accepts full responsibility for all veterinary, transport and associated costs.
8. Veterinary Information
Owners confirm that all veterinary information provided is accurate and current.
It is the owner's responsibility to advise Pup Haus of any changes to their dog's medical condition prior to each booking.
9. Transport
Pup Haus may transport your dog in a properly secured vehicle for services including Doggy Day Out, walks, veterinary treatment, emergency situations or Pet Chauffeur appointments.
While every reasonable precaution is taken, owners acknowledge that transport carries inherent risks.
10. Collection & Drop-off
Where transport is included as part of your booking, owners agree to be available at the nominated collection and return times.
If no authorised person is available to receive the dog at drop-off, and Pup Haus is unable to contact the owner or emergency contact, the dog will be returned to Pup Haus until arrangements can be made.
A holding fee of $50 per hour (or part thereof) will apply until the dog can be safely returned.
11. Liability
While every reasonable care will be taken to ensure your dog's safety and wellbeing, owners acknowledge that participation in walks, transport and daycare activities involves inherent risks.
Pup Haus will not be liable for illness, injury, escape or death except where required by law or where caused by proven negligence.
Owners remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to persons, animals or property.
12. Photography & Social Media
From time to time, Pup Haus may photograph or film your dog during their visit.
These images may be used on our website and social media channels unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish your dog to appear.
13. Insurance
Pup Haus maintains appropriate business insurance, including Public Liability, Care, Custody & Control, Professional Indemnity and Business Contents insurance.
Insurance does not replace the owner's responsibility for veterinary expenses or damage caused by their dog.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with the Pup Haus Privacy Policy.
15. Right to Refuse Service
Pup Haus reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where a booking is considered unsuitable, unsafe or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
16. Acceptance
By making a booking with Pup Haus, you confirm that:
The information you have provided is accurate and complete.
Your dog meets the eligibility requirements.
You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You authorise Pup Haus to provide services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
